RC 22 Roller Conveyor

The RC 22 Outfeed Conveyor sets itself apart by virtue of its simple and robust design.  Its modular structure ensures standardized components and so a high level of dependability and efficiency.

It can be used in many different versions for a very wide variety of tasks. it can be used as a transport conveyor, for merging, accumulating, and especially as an sorting module.

The ability to integrate the IO 61 outfeed element at any time make it an ideal sorting conveyor. The modular structure permits application-specific, cost-optimized configuration. The individual divert modules are actuated by electric motors or, alternatively, pneumatically. Subsequent adaptation to other loads or line configurations can be achieved.

Zero Pressure Conveying

Zero Pressure Accumulating Conveyor are suitable for highly automated conveyor systems which demand individual control and tracking of individual unit loads. Non-contact accumulation in zones and transporting of the individual unit load upon demand are key functions that are necessary for this.

Zero pressure conveyor lines by TRANSNORM are the ideal solution for such demands, especially where high performance and reliable operation are concerned.

We can achieve this with weight-dependent, electrically switched sections, alternatively with belt or round belt drive, ensure gentle transport. This function of the conveyor can be easily integrated in the RC 22. Standardized internal logic with gapping function, individual and adjustable delayed block discharge and the ability to transport a package on two sections offers integrated solutions for nearly all functional applications.

Minimal noise development, a modular drive concept and flexible roller pitches make the RC 22 a highly variable and economical conveyor. Its standardized structure permits reliable and economical use in a very wide range of applications and also future adaptations to changing needs and tasks can be realized cost effectively.

The patented TRANSNORM ModuLine family profile system permits a consistent profile height of 140mm and simple combination of the modules with one another. Universally useable add-ons such as side guides, supports, and photoelectric barrier mounts round out the system.

Lineshaft Conveyor XU60 or XU90

From the conveyor units range offers a flexible cost effective conveyor solution. It can be used for transport or accumulation, it can be fitted with accessories to allow diverts, merges and stop positions. Drives can be tailored to enable transmission around curves and to power the transfer units.

Which means a Modular Design and with Standard Widths of 362mm to 1012mm. Frames Are Free Of Bolt Heads and Unnecessary Holes Due To All Jig Welded Construction. Standard Frame Finish is Powder Coated Blue RAL 5010 or White RAL 9010. Other Colours are available. Rollers are Zinc Plated.

Low Pressure TS 2100

The Roller Conveyor TS 2100 is a basic roller conveyor allowing conveying and, if equipped with a stopping unit, accumulating without gaps. It is suitable for long conveying tracks and high conveying speeds. In its standard design, the conveyor is a powered roller conveyor which can be easily converted into an accumulating conveyor.

By means of adjustable pressure rollers, the pressure between conveying rollers and driving belt can be finely adjusted according to the product to be conveyed. In this way, the accumulating pressure may be reduced to a minimum of 2% in relation to the product to be conveyed. The conveying rollers are supported in vertical slots by means of special bushes and are driven tangentially by a belt.

Due to the special design of the bearing bushes, the roller diameter and the roller pitch may be changed quickly.

Flexible Conveyors

We can supply a range of expandable, flexible conveyors for loose loading and unloading applications. Powered units are typical in a crowded despatch area where mobility and flexibility are important. These units can be stored away from the load area and closed to their minimum length for convenience. They can be made so that they attach to the fixed part of a conveyor system and can be linked to the control system to operate in conjunction.
